Shipping policy

Mengfenx offers delivery to the United States. You can choose free standard shipping or expedited shipping for $15. No minimum purchase is required for free standard shipping. Shipping charges are in U.S. dollars and appear with your order total at checkout.

Preparing an order

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after payment confirmation. Processing happens before dispatch, regardless of the delivery service selected. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays affecting order preparation or carrier services.

Transit after dispatch

Including preparation, allow an estimated 8-17 business days for standard shipping or 6-10 business days for expedited shipping. The expedited option changes the transit estimate after dispatch; the preparation period still applies.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier interruptions, weather, holidays, address issues, and customs procedures where applicable may affect a parcel's arrival. Contact us if your order has passed the estimated window so we can review its progress and help resolve the issue.

Tracking and delivery questions

Tracking is provided after dispatch using the email address entered at checkout. The first carrier scan may appear after the parcel has been accepted and processed by the carrier.

For missing tracking information, an unexpected tracking delay, or a parcel you cannot locate, email info@mengfenx.com with your order number. If tracking shows delivery and the parcel is missing, tell us so we can help investigate.

Order changes

Check the delivery address before submitting payment. If you need to correct an address or request cancellation, contact us promptly. We will check whether the order can still be changed. After dispatch, carrier restrictions may prevent changes and the return process may be needed.
