These terms apply when you use mengfenx.com or purchase from Mengfenx. Read them with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Ordering and paying

Make purchases only when legally entitled to do so or with appropriate permission. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information so we can administer the order. The payment options available are shown at checkout.

Prices and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is free, and expedited shipping is $15. Applicable taxes and the final total appear before payment. Check the details before submitting your order.

An acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order request. Fulfillment depends on confirmed payment and item availability. If an unavailable item or a material listing error affects your purchase, we will contact you about the available options. If we cancel a paid order, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Understanding an item

Review the product description, included contents, specifications, and any age guidance or warnings. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Follow the instructions and safety guidance supplied with an item, and choose products appropriate to the intended user's age.

Delivery and order updates

Order preparation takes 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit after dispatch is 7-15 business days with standard shipping or 5-8 business days with expedited shipping. Tracking is provided after dispatch. The Shipping Policy describes these estimates and help with delivery issues.

Contact us promptly for cancellation or an address correction. We will check whether the order can still be changed. Carrier restrictions may apply after dispatch, and a return may be needed instead.

Returning or exchanging a purchase

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 calendar days after receipt. Mengfenx covers return postage and charges no restocking, return, exchange, or refund handling fee. Exchange availability and any price difference are explained before you agree to proceed.

Refunds reach the original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive the return, including checking and processing. Please report damaged or incorrect deliveries within 7 calendar days to help us investigate; this does not shorten the 30-day return window.

Website conduct and legal protections

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or store operation, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person's information. Respect intellectual property rights in website and product content. Buying an item does not transfer rights to reproduce protected content.

Maintenance or technical problems may interrupt website access. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will be published on the website without retrospectively removing rights connected with existing purchases.
